Had the car, got the ad

Most often probably, it is the other way round….but I just had to have this ad to match my 1967 250 SL (Pagoda) Looking forward to spring and summer. Impatiently. Claus

And here’s my submission

My wonderful Mercedes 250 SL from 1967. Manual 4 speed. 150 hp from a 2.5 litre 6 cylinder engine. I have owned it for some 15 years or so. It’s such a friendly and easily driven car that produces a lot of smiles on fellow drivers and pedestrians. Before

you're correct: 300 SL

The first Pagoda was the 230 SL in late 1963 - so it couldn't be a 1962 - followed by the 250 SL and the 280 SL as latest version. Here's a full view of the dash dash

250 sl

In this image she looks quite sporty - really wide and low. But is actually much more of a pussycat. A fun car for sure.
